FCS Football: 2023 MEAC Media Day Central

The 2023 FCS football is quickly approaching as the time for media days has finally arrived. The MEAC media day was held on July 21 in Norfolk, Virginia.

The conference had six representatives on the Bluebloods 2023 FCS Preseason All-American Team, led by North Carolina Central with four All-American selections. 

North Carolina Central enters the season as the overwhelming favorite to win the conference for the second consecutive season. Coaches and SIDs voted on the preseason predicted order of finish for the 2023 season. The full results are listed below.

  1. North Carolina Central, 124 points (9 first-place votes)
  2. Howard, 98 (1)
  3. South Carolina State, 74
  4. Morgan State, 68 (1)
  5. Norfolk State, 40
  6. Delaware State, 28 (1)
