Montana State FB Jaharie Martin Transfers To Maine

Former Montana State fullback Jaharie Martin announced his commitment to Maine. He will have two years of eligibility remaining as a graduate transfer for the Black Bears.

Martin played multiple positions for the Bobcats over three seasons. He signed as a linebacker, but moved to running back as a true freshman and transitioned to fullback in 2021. He accounted for 56 rushing yards and two total touchdowns for the Bobcats. 

Martin signed with Montana State out of Lakeland (Fla.) High School. He was named the Polk County Defensive Player of the Year after finishing his senior season with 130 total tackles and four blocked punts. 

Former ETSU DB Erek Campbell Commits To MVSU

Former East Tennessee State defensive back Erek Campbell announced his commitment to Mississippi Valley State. He will have two years of eligibility remaining for the Delta Devils. He will play linebacker at Mississippi Valley State, according to linebackers coach Jeremy Patterson. 

Campbell finished the 2022 season with 61 total tackles, one interception, and three pass breakups. He played in 22 games over his first three seasons, including three games in his true freshman year to maintain his redshirt eligibility. He announced his entry into the transfer portal on April 18

Campbell was a two-time All-State selection at Lausanne Collegiate School and won two consecutive state championships. He finished his high school career with 195 tackles, 12 interceptions, and 35 pass breakups. 

Navy WR Mark Walker Transfers To Monmouth

Former Navy wide receiver Mark Walker announced his commitment to Monmouth. He will have one year of eligibility remaining for the Hawks.

Walker finished last season with 13 receptions for 242 receiving yards and one touchdown for the Midshipmen. He had a career-high 67 receiving yards on three receptions and one touchdown against Notre Dame on Nov. 12. 

Over four seasons at Navy, Walker accounted for 33 receptions, 480 receiving yards, one touchdown, and 14.5 yards per reception.

Duke RB Eric Weatherly Commits To Bucknell

Former Duke running back Eric Weatherly announced his transfer to Bucknell. He will have four years of eligibility remaining for the Bison. 

Weatherly saw action in two games last season as he redshirted as a true freshman. He recorded 16 rushing yards and one touchdown on two carries against North Carolina A&T. 

Weatherly signed with Duke as a three-star prospect out of Bartram Trail (Fla.) High School. He accounted for 4,437 all-purpose yards and 38 touchdowns in three seasons at Bartram Trail. He earned first-team All-State honors as a junior and was an All-State honorable mention his sophomore season.
