Wisconsin RB Julius Davis Commits To Montana State

Former Wisconsin running back Julius Davis announced his commitment to Montana State on Saturday. He will have two years of eligibility remaining for the Bobcats. 

Davis saw action in nine games over three seasons for the Badgers. He finished his three seasons with 35 carries for 200 rushing yards and averaged 5.7 yards per carry. 

Davis signed with Wisconsin as a three-star prospect in the class of 2019. He was the No. 1 player in the state of Wisconsin, according to the 247Sports composite rankings. He earned second-team All-State honors from the Associated Press as a junior. Davis finished his high school career with 3,067 rushing yards and 32 touchdowns. 

Former PSU WR George McCorley Transfers To JSU

Former Portland State wide receiver George McCorley announced his transfer to Jackson State on Saturday. He will have one year of eligibility remaining as a graduate transfer for the Tigers. 

McCorley saw action in 24 games over four seasons with the Vikings. He totaled 11 receptions for 168 receiving yards, one touchdown, and averaged 15.3 yards per reception. He transferred to Central Missouri but did not see any action for the Mules. 

McCorley earned first-team All-League honors at Lincoln High School before signing with Portland State. He finished his senior season with 45 receptions for 496 receiving yards and three touchdowns. 

NCAT Lands Former Oklahoma DB Damond Harmon

Former Oklahoma defensive back Damond Harmon announced his commitment to North Carolina A&T on Sunday. Harmon will have two years of eligibility remaining for the Aggies.

Harmon played in 18 games with two starts over two seasons for the Sooners. He finished his two seasons with 22 total tackles, including a career-high five tackles against TCU this season. 

Harmon signed with the Sooners as a four-star prospect in the class of 2021. He was the No. 26 cornerback and No. 8 overall prospect in the state of Virginia, according to 247Sports. He earned first-team All-Metro honors as a senior with four interceptions as Highland Springs allowed 4.4 points per game for the season. 

Citrus College DB Jonathan Calderon Commits To WIU

Citrus College defensive back Jonathan Calderon announced his commitment to Western Illinois on Saturday. Calderon will have two years of eligibility remaining for the Leathernecks. 

Calderon earned second-team All-Conference honors last season at Citrus College. He finished the season with 29 total tackles, 0.5 tackles for loss, one forced fumble, six interceptions, and six pass breakups. 

In the month of October, Calderon totaled five interceptions and one defensive touchdown over four consecutive games. He helped lead the Owls to their first conference championship since 2006.
